5A Design Studio's Campbell Crossing on the Rise....

Yesterday, we had the privilege of joining the DaRosa family and Bentley Builders at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Apartments at the 210. We are excited to see construction start on this great project.

Exciting news — we’ve broken ground!

The air is crisp, the excavator is on site, and construction is officially underway on the Lofts on Bedford Street project. Stay tuned for updates as this beautiful new building starts to take shape.

On Friday, David and I had the privilege of attending the Nathan’s Angels Foundation Annual Wine and Beer Tasting Event—an organization that holds a special place in our hearts. One of our close friends lost their son at just 18 months old to Stage 4 Neuroblastoma—a parent’s worst nightmare.

Founded in 2012, Nathan’s Angels Foundation supports local families facing the unimaginable: a child diagnosed with this devastating disease. The foundation provides financial assistance to help ease the burdens that come with treatment and care.

This year, we were especially honored that 5A Design Studio had the opportunity to be a business sponsor for the event. We are proud to stand behind such a meaningful cause and to support the incredible work this foundation does for families in our community.

One of our most recent designs coming to the City of Fall River!

- You're looking at a rendering released today by Cordeiro Properties for their latest "Downtown Lofts" development project at 295 Bedford Street and 50 Seventh Street in Fall River.

The new mixed-use building will be home to an 8,800 square foot Adult Day Care facility and 52 residential apartment units. The properties were once home to Cantin’s Clunkers Used Cars & Jeronimo’s Collision Center, and are owned by Cordeiro Properties.
