Colby Allen joined Janicki straight out of high school as a 5-axis mill operator. Over the years, he moved through supervision, scheduling and production management roles, earned his associate and bachelor's degrees, and operated nearly every mill Janicki has built.

Today he is a Construction Project Manager at Janicki's Hamilton campus, overseeing everything from renovations to machine installations to new buildings.

"Even if you have been here 20-plus years, you are always seeing new things and finding new ways to get them done," Colby said.
