TROT & TRIKE RELAY/MARATHON & HALF MARATHON
AUGUST 13TH, 2016
Come out and have some fun with us while helping support the SEDRO WOOLLEY HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY TEAM!!!! We invite you to challenge yourself in a fun run/bike leap frog relay race, a marathon, or half marathon. The course is comprised of a 13.1 mile loop which the TROT & TRIKE relay team and marathoners will complete twice. Our goal is to provide both a competitive and fun atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Race Options:
*Trot & Trike Relay Race: The relay course will have 5 checkpoints per loop along the course, where you will switch from the run to the bike or the bike to the run. Each team member will ride 13.1 miles and run 13.1 miles in total, with checkpoint lengths ranging from 1.8 - 3.6 mile in length.This is a 2 lap course for a total of 26.2 miles length. *Marathon: Full marathoners will run the 13.1 loop twice.
*Half Marathon: Half marathoners will run the 13.1 loop once.

Pricing:
Trot & Trike $75 this includes both participants Marathon $45
Half Marathon $35
*All registered runners will receive: race bib, bragging rights and finisher swag
*Final pricing will include entry fee, processing fee and applicable tax. *All entry fees are non-refundable.
*All proceeds to help benefit the Sedro Woolley High School Cross Country team

Course:
Starting at Riverfront Park, head east on River Road, left on Fruitdale, right on Hoehn, then go west onto the Rails to Trails trail system, a small back track on the trail, then back on Fruitdale, right on River Road and back to Riverfront Park. This is a very flat course with minimal hills, paved roads, gravel trail and a small section of grass at the finish.

Packet Pickup:
Early packet pickup information will be e-mailed to race participants one week before the race. Day of race packet pickup will be at Riverfront Park in Sedro Woolley at 8:30AM on Aug 13th. Race start time is 10:00 AM on Aug 13th and will run until the course is clear of all participants and swept by race crew.
