Do you have a sore or achy neck? I have provided a video link below that I've shared with many clients on neck stretches. These are great stretches to do between your scheduled massage to help reduce any neck discomfort and help mobility.

The stretching method is called Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). Just about every muscle in the body can be stretched using AIS.
