Because the divine is eternity, time itself and the idea of time collapses, becomes malleable, and, in fact, something that can be moved through with great ease.]—— period. Period. Period. -Time disappears when you leave the thinking mind. The moment is one continuous flow but we cannot access it unless we are still and quiet. If we do not access it, we are playing a character that is not really us but an idea of us. The true self or soul is always here but you can only align with its’ vibration if you surrender to what is. Give up the past and future. Give up time.

-the disc golf grouping for my most fun game at rolling knolls yet (-9)
I am considering the possibility of playing in the Memorial amateur tournament in Fountain Hills/Scottsdale after talking with the TDs.
I do dream of being a pro disc golfer at some point in this life. I may be far from that still.
In other news, I am in Arizona visiting my immediate family, three of which I haven’t seen in 10 months. So this is good.

Updates on my most recent challenge of discipline, movement, and diet.
-Made 56 days straight on
- No caffeinated coffee for 85 days, had a few cups of decaf.
- no dipping to***co or s***f for the same about.
-movement/exercise everyday now, no matter what
Practice healthy habits long enough and they become a part of your pattern.
-broke an alcohol/fun dogma for myself. Went approximately 22 months without alcohol.. and have since drank a few times very lightly with no crazy side effects besides what is obvious
-inflammation/bloating
(Maybe I find some organic?) (but maybe alcohol will always cause this) (I will not make this a crazy habit and will seek out highest quality/least toxic way of having fun in this way) (and get after it with recovery/detox immediately) (always drink with fat/protein and water)
- some slight energy loss, some pi**ed of intestines, some slight brain fog. Nothing like before when I was not taking care of myself like I do now.
-so yep. In Arizona. Lots of BJJ for the week.
-maybe Sedona for ?
