When I discovered sound and specifically the voice as a healing tool I began to shift my reality. My self esteem was so incredibly low. I felt like was knee deep in mud sinking into the earth like Atreyu, but I began going to a Buddhist temple and I learned mantra. I started chanting while I worked in my garden and eventually the plants guided me to unlock my voice. Once I did this I began receiving guidance to go and randomly sing during meditations. I even auditioned for EDC with my sound healing bowls in 2015, I was the last audition. No one was there but the judges and me and the moon was lit above me. I just allowed my channel to come through and one of the judges hugged me and was so grateful. He said, after a day on seeing half naked women shaking their asses in front of him he was relieved to hear me and felt like there was a greater calling and purpose behind this. That was enough for me, I did my “job.” My job has always been to plant seeds of deeper awareness through the cosmic templates and sometimes it’s with my voice, sometimes it’s just my presence. I believe we can all create a ripple of change but to do so we must be willing to hear our selves and express our authentic voice.
