Who’s ready for yoga classes? I’m putting together a 30 min class on Wednesday evenings. Time will be from 6:30-7pm on Lake Lotela. This class is $15 a person, all levels welcome. First class will be held April 3rd please visit the website to register ahead. Hope to see you all there.

Hello all, I apologize I have been MIA on my business page. I have taken some time off from yoga on Lake Lotela to have more time with my family for the holidays. My kids are only little for a short time. I will have a packed schedule starting 2024. I appreciate all the followers and everyone who has attended my classes or helped spread the word of my yoga classes. I am still teaching Wednesday Mornings at CrossFit. Stay tuned….
