For the third course of our Summer Collectors Lunch menu, we’re serving an Heirloom Potato & Cherry Tomato Croustade with smoked bacon-grain mustard dressing, paired with 2022 Susanna’s Vineyard Pinot Noir.

This Pinot lifts the dish with aromas of dried cherry, candied raspberry and roasted shiitake mushroom, layered with berry‑cherry fruit, barrel spice and a touch of malty richness that threads through the smoky bacon and tangy mustard like it was made for this plate.

Our Thai green curry & coconut soup with bliss snap peas and heirloom radish is all about bright, zesty flavors and garden‑fresh lift, perfectly echoed by Susanna’s Vineyard Chardonnay 2022; golden in the glass with tropical citrus, fresh‑cut apple and a creamy, balanced finish that lets the vibrant curry shine.
