New custom residence called 'The Otter's Playhouse'.

Red Maple Workshop - Architects & Designers on Google New custom residence on the banks of the Russian River in Monte Rio called 'The Otter's Playhouse'. It's named for the otter's that play on the banks of the river at the edge of the property. The proposed house is elevated above the flood stage which is why it is on concrete stilts.

Heading towards completion on the framing of this new residence on Bennett Ridge. A set of bedroom wings connected by a multi-level Great Room and Kitchen with panoramic views. The house will be fully solar powered and feature heat pump water heaters and furnaces for a +20% T-24 compliance factor. The only thing it doesn't do is cook breakfast.
