We’re excited to share a recently completed remodel of a home in Chalk Hill, Healdsburg. What began as a dark structure is now a bright and cohesive retreat with a strong indoor-outdoor connection.

We’ve been diving into Passive House design standards, which focuses on airtight construction and added insulation to reduce energy use. By minimizing air leaks, these homes stay comfortable year-round—keeping heat in during winter and out in the summer. It’s all part of our commitment to combining energy efficiency with sustainable, low-carbon materials to create greener homes.
