American Coin (AC) officially stopped all cooperation with CNEX last weekend — a fraudulent website falsely claiming to be an exchange, which recently appeared online without any national jurisdiction.

This platform stole all deposited funds and immediately dumped our AC holdings at prices around 1% of AC’s value through third-party exchanges — at a time when AC had maintained a market price above $600/AC for many months. CNEX has engaged in clear rug-pull behavior against AC holders and the project from day one.

After confirming this financial fraud on the BSC blockchain, it became clear that CNEX is operating as a fully deceptive and unlawful website.
