Tucked into a forested ravine in Seattle's Matthews Beach, this 1960s home was originally designed by Anna Williams—one of more than 30 modern houses she created with John Burrows.

Our renovation reimagined the lower level, transforming a former psychiatrist's office into a serene primary suite complete with a fireplace and soaking tub, while opening the once-compartmentalized kitchen to the living and dining spaces above for a more connected way of living.
