Working in progress: full remodel of a house in Lynnwood. There will be a small change of layout, valeu will be added by adding a garage/flex space, improving the living space, adding a bathroom and changing all surfaces (roof, siding, flooring, drywall, etc). The bones of this house are good. See some before pictures and renderings of what it will look like.
