KBC X Hot Cakes!

We teamed up to bring you a cookie mix using Hot Cakes Wilderness Collection Smoked Chocolate Chips... combining them into a soft and chewy cookie, using organic brown sugar to compliment the smoke, and a little bit of Jacobsen Salt Co. Oregon Coast sea salt to finish.

Hot Cakes donates 10% of all Smoked Chocolate Sales to non-profits who preserve and protect wild lands. Cold-smoked over alder wood for hours, the chocolate chips are an organic, unique and smoky, woodsy tasting treat.

This mix is available at both Hot Cakes locations now. We also will be sampling these Smoked Chocolate Chip Cookies on 10/23 from 2-4pm at the Ballard Hot Cakes. See you then!
