Hey! Did you know we have a parking lot!? In Seattle! For free! Continuing with our virtual tour:
PART 3: THE PARKING LOT (and other convenient methods to travel here)
It was not on our must-have list when we hunted for our location, but it sure does make life easier sometimes. Parking lots are agents of utility, and this one has been just that (if you were here during the pandemic, you’ll understand the bittersweet memories we have about drinking beers under a giant circus tent).
Looking for a keg? Or a case of cans? No need to block traffic or make beer-pickup a workout. Just snag a (free) spot right out front. Stop to smell some of our native-landscaping flowers and grab some ice cream and samosas from our neighbors!
Don’t want to drive? We can understand that. We’re short stroll from the Columbia City train station and could roll a can to the closest bus stop. Plan a visit! Or don’t and just hop on a train/bus. They both roll through every 10 min or less!

Hello! We got a slew of new followers recently so we’re bringing you a multi-part virtual tour!
PART 2: THE RESTROOM
Say what you will about the restroom being stop 2 on the tour, but restrooms are a natural, integral part of breweries. It’s just the way it is...
Since you’ll inevitably spend some time in this room when you visit us, we wanted to make sure it had class. Some notable features:
1. No code or key. You don’t have to tell us when nature calls. We trust you can handle your business on your own.
2. Clean and efficient (that’s kinda our thing...) - we recently tiled the whole dang thing so we can regularly spray it all down and out. And, it has an exhaust fan. That actually works. Because not everybody drinks beer, but everybody... well, you know...
3. Don’t want to stand awkwardly in line? If the light is green, saunter on back!

Apparently we caught your interest with $2 beers. Since there are quite a few new followers around these parts, we thought we’d do a a little multi-part virtual tour.
PART 1: THE TANKS!
This is our original brewhouse. At times, it is undersized, but necessity is the mother of invention (and repetition makes perfect). We have tweaked, cut open, welded back together, nudged, dialed, and polished every inch of this thing over the past (nearly) 12 years.
Our goal is to brew the best beer possible and our commitment is to continue serving AND producing that beer in the South Seattle neighborhood that has accepted us as family. We’re not going to tell you it’s easy (triple brewdays to fill a single fermentor, IYKYK...), but we’re proud of our ability to serve up perpetual refinement and variety.
This is not a ‘normal’ microbrewery brewhouse. In order to keep our production safely/comfortably near (inside?) our taproom, we built a complex and highly efficient system of hardpiping, pneumatic valves, precise temperature & flow control, and bespoke equipment. The result is a brewhouse capable of consistent craft across a wide range of styles, all while getting hoses off the floor by the time we open at noon! And it looks damn good to boot.
