3 things to avoid for better spine health 👇

1️⃣ Long periods of electronic use:
Spending hours looking down at a phone or sitting hunched over a computer places extra stress on the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Over time, poor posture can contribute to stiffness, headaches, muscle tension, and irritation throughout the spine.

2️⃣ Avoiding strength training:
Strength training helps support the joints, spine, and posture. Weak muscles can lead to instability and place more stress on the body during everyday movement.

3️⃣ Carrying bags on one shoulder:
Constantly carrying weight on one side of the body can create muscle imbalances and unnecessary strain on the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Small daily habits like this can affect posture more than people realize.

✨Bonus: Avoid cracking your own neck or back:
Self-cracking may give temporary relief, but it often only does part of the job and can lead to more irritation or instability over time. A professional adjustment is more specific, controlled, and designed to properly restore movement where it’s actually needed.

In the fabulous words of , “have you ever tried this one?” 🤭

There are several ways we help to relieve stubborn tech neck tension.

After a full assessment, Dr. Tarm begins by evaluating a joint play in the neck to better understand how your joints are moving. From there, he’ll guide you through targeted stretches, ease, muscle tension, and improved mobility. The visit wraps up with a gentle cervical adjustment to help restore, comfortable movement. 🤝

So… have you ever tried .wa ?

Doing all of these things at once can feel overwhelming, so give yourself the time and space to adjust gradually. Progress happens step by step, and that’s where real success is built. 🌱

No–you’re not broken. Your body is adapting to the stress it’s under. 🫶

Real healing happens when your body can come out of that protective mode–when it feels safe, calm, and at ease. The more you can regulate outside stressors, the less your body has to stay in that constant state of adapting to discomfort, and the more space it has to actually heal.

One way to support that is through regular chiropractic adjustments, helping improve communication between the body and brain and making it easier for your system to settle and regulate.

So remember–you’re not broken. You’re adapting, and you can learn to adapt in a better way.

Stretching + chiropractic adjustments = the ultimate mobility combo!

Stretching loosens tight muscles and improves flexibility, while chiropractic adjustments restore joint motion and support your nervous system for better overall function.

Take your routine further and add chiropractic to your stretching ✨
