Meet your newest monsters, designed by science.

Teacher Brooks' 8th grade science class wrapped up their genetics unit in June in the most creative way: by building monsters. Using a heads-or-tails app to determine dominant and recessive traits, each student's creature came to life one flip at a time.

The unit closed with a Gallery Walk and a Positive Feedback Cycle, where students celebrated each other's work and reflected on what they learned together. Genetics has never looked so good. 🧟

The TAF@Saghalie class of 2026 celebrated their final chapter with our annual Senior Breakfast and a parade. The numbers reflect what this community has built together: 90% of graduates are continuing on to post-secondary education. This is TAF's mission in action! Transforming public education so more graduations look like this one, with more diversity, more access, and more hope. Onward, graduates!
