For the new Medical Pavilion in Kirkland, Sellen transformed 25,000 SF of a recently constructed office building into a modern, centrally located clinic with expanded services and amenities. 

Replacing VMFH’s previous Kirkland clinic, the -sea-designed project “represents a major step forward in meeting the needs of patients with greater access, convenience, and an enhanced care experience,” said Ketul J. Patel, former CEO of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.
