Denise’s art is deeply rooted in her heritage as a member of both the Diné (Navajo) and Twana (Skokomish) tribes. She creatively expresses her cultural identity through innovative bead designs and digital art, reflecting the rich traditions of Native American life. From her childhood experiences of learning and creating with family to her journey in art education, Denise's work is a celebration of connection, community, and creativity.
