Super excited to kick off a weekly celebration of Pisco at the super adorable Laurel on Capitol Hill. Expect Pisco Classics with some JarrBar Favorites. For food the inspiration comes from Korean Banchan. But with a JarrBar meets Peru perspective. Cured meats, preserved seafood, ceviche and other fun things all served as little small sides.
