Your partner leaves food on the counter. How you respond reveals everything about your subconscious programming.

Tina L. Huang Huang, Irooze's Holistic Brain & Trauma Recovery Practitioner, explains why we only see one way to respond when upset - but there are actually dozens.

Same scenario, five different responses:
1. "Hey love, popped them in the fridge. Can we double-check next time?"
2. "You ALWAYS do this" (when it's rare)
3. Silent treatment, slamming doors
4. Texting their mom to complain
5. Complete emotional shutdown

Each response stems from different subconscious beliefs formed by your entire history - childhood, ancestors, even past lives according to epigenetics research.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲:

Contempt - John Gottman's #1 divorce predictor. When you look down on your partner, it's over.

Criticism - Attacking who they are, not what they did. "You're irresponsible" vs "The food was left out."

Avoidance - One woman never argued. Was blindsided by divorce. Conflict avoided isn't conflict resolved.

Heart walls - Accumulated trauma creates emotional armor. Can't be vulnerable. Can't let love in. Relationships suffocate.

All-or-nothing thinking - "You ALWAYS..." "You NEVER..." No grace for mistakes. No room for humanity.

Trust issues - Past betrayals program future suspicions. You see danger where none exists.

Feel never enough? You'll find someone who agrees.
