So . . . 3 big things have happened in my life recently:

1) i turned 60 years old
2) i ‘ve had my first grandchild
3) i’ve learned that Spinal Tap is re-uniting

Put it All Together and it can mean only one thing - it’s time for me to get my ACT together and back out there with . . . ¡Geezer Rock!

I had a very interesting friend growing up who once had the idea of starting his own Catchphrase. He said that one day this original expression might really catch on and "sweep the nation". For some reason it inspired me to come up with this swingin' instrumental guitar song.
