Our 4th of July BBQ Butcher Box is stacked with Beast & Cleaver’s greatest hits — dry-aged burgers, butcher-made sausages, steaks, ribs, chops, hot dogs, and a few extras for the “too much” crowd. Built for a long weekend of serious grilling.
You build the spread. We pack the cooler. Every cut is grill-ready, sourced from local farms we actually know, and handled with the whole-animal care behind everything we make.
The fireworks are on you. The best meat on the block? That’s ours.

We’re back with the crowd favorite: Steak House Classics!
Join us as we celebrate some iconic steak house classics Beast & Cleaver style. Choose from a selection of our favorite cuts of beef including the mighty Porterhouse (for 2), T-bones, Filet Mignon, Ribeyes and NY Strips, all Dry Aged in house between 21 and 200 days.
We will have some old school salads, sides, desserts, and cocktails available too. Only 2 dinners like this available in June, $150 per person for food and optional beverages are available!
