Hey, it's Day 97 of the 100-day of cracking the digital code. Just three days left in this thrilling journey.

There are some changes on the horizon, things I'm tweaking to set us up for the new year. I won't spill all the details just yet, but let me tell you, I'm buzzing with excitement. The last quarter has been a masterclass. We've experimented, and tested, and within this 100-day sprint, there are some seriously powerful frameworks emerging.

But you know what's been nagging at me? The industry noise. It's like a crowded room where everyone's shouting to be heard. Anyone can whip up a website, declare themselves a guru, and suddenly, they're an expert. It's overwhelming, and it's diluting the quality out there. I've noticed a surge in cold emails in the past few months—everyone's trying to grab attention.

And don't get me started on the tech solutions. I've faced more challenges trying to get support than ever before. It's the little things adding up to a big realization—there's a shift happening in the market. I'm swimming against the current of noise and struggling with services that used to be seamless.

Day 93 Part 2 - Clearing the Noise for Fresh Business Insights

Also, there's this overflow of advice floating around. Some of it is golden, while a lot is just recycled noise from the internet. So, for the past 30-40 days, I've taken a step back. I've dived into my own internal info and data, taken some time to reflect, and honestly, it's been kind of refreshing. A bit unexpected, but it turned out to be a much-needed detox from the noise out there.

It's been different than what I expected from this hundred-day journey, but it's been necessary. I had to declutter my mind from the constant external noise, think about what 2024 should look like, and figure out the experiments worth trying. I've learned a lot from the past year, and it's time to leverage that knowledge.

I'm throwing out a suggestion to fellow business owners – take a breather, reflect, and think about what could work for you. Step away from the business books and the endless online chatter for a bit. Trust me, it's worth it. In the past month, as I've done this, things have become clearer, and I've stumbled upon opportunities nobody seems to be talking about online, or at least not in the usual buzz.
