As Regional Sales Manager and Broker at Best Choice Realty, Candice spends her days coaching brokers across the Pacific Northwest — sharing tools, holding strategy sessions, and meeting agents exactly where they are. She is instrumental to Best Choice Realty's growth.

Before real estate, she spent 11 years at Comcast in sales and relationship management, earning Top Performer recognition. That same drive shows up in her own transactions today; she's a full-time licensed agent averaging 20-25 deals a year, supporting hundreds of brokers as Sales Manager, and still finding time to help buyers and sellers reach their goals.

Outside the office, Sundays are sacred — family, faith, and Soul Food Sunday traditions with her crew. Candice is also an investor, a supportive grandma, mom, and wife. For her, real estate at Best Choice Realty has always been about community first — she founded Caire's House Foundation, a nonprofit supporting people recovering from tragic situations. She also sets a strong example of healthy living in real estate through regular exercise, morning meditation, and time-blocking.
