A challenging remodel on a small lot, we’ve enjoyed helping some great clients turn this project into their forever home.

Framing is moving fast on our latest Residential Small Lot (RSL) project taking shape in the Hillman City neighborhood. A simple metal clad gable form intersects with a green roofed box to form an internal courtyard. The siting of the house in the rear of the lot allows for privacy while adding density to the urban fabric. Stay tuned for project updates.
