At Pacific Engagements, we recognize that even the best-planned events can face unexpected obstacles that require adaptability.

When rain and high winds threatened Beau and Katy’s , we smoothly adjusted their plans, relocating the reception location while preserving the PNW charm of their celebration. Though we all would have preferred an setting, our priority was keeping the couple and their guests comfortable, warm, and dry. Working with the Suncadia Resort team, we moved the reception to a tent that still offered guests views of the Pacific Northwest’s beauty.

It is a top priority of ours to cultivate intimacy despite the size of your event space. By incorporating a multitude of lounge seating arrangements, guests tend to relax and settle into those spaces longer so they can comfortably mingle while not completely removing themselves from the livelier festivities!

For this set up at , we mixed upholstered furniture with tall credenzas, barstools, and bistro tables so all ages could choose their perfect gathering spot within the same room 🤍
