Last month, volunteers from the Chinese Information and Service Center (CISC) came together to make a meaningful impact—sorting over 1,320 lbs of food to support the community. 💛

As group coordinator, Mandy shared, “Our seniors felt genuinely happy, fulfilled, and proud of what they were able to accomplish that day. It was especially meaningful for us to see one of our eldest participants, who is 82 years old, taking part with such joy.”

The CISC volunteers remind us of power of community, purpose, and giving back at every age. 🙌

Communities are built on resilience.

In the wake of the December 2025 floods, neighbors, businesses, and nonprofits across Western Washington continue the difficult work of recovering what was lost and rebuilding for the future.

If you were impacted by the floods, help may be available. Low-interest disaster loans through the SBA can help eligible households and organizations take the next step forward.
