The EarthLab Summer Internship Program is looking for imaginative and resourceful students passionate about tackling the challenges of climate change and social justice. This 9-week paid internship offers UW undergraduates hands-on experience with real-world projects, mentorship, and the chance to grow alongside a diverse cohort of peers.

Key program highlights:
✅ Paid stipend + $180 commuting stipend (for UPass or other travel costs)
✅ Mentorship from site supervisors and EarthLab staff
✅ Weekly activities focused on peer learning, career development, and climate justice
✅ Open to students from all majors and UW campuses
