Dear Dancers,

We all enjoyed our Sunday dance last week. Please join us this week on Sunday the 19th, at noon, if you are able! We will dance for 45 -60 minutes and then have our circle time.

We all want to have everyone join us and feel the connection of being together in our community. I am eager to see you!

Dear Dancers,

I confess; I love the silence and the slowness. I don't like the suffering, anxiety and isolation, which we as human creatures are not made for. And also I miss all of you and most of all, want us all to stay healthy. I hold you in my heart and send you light and goodness and hope that you are well and will be, well. Take the time to listen deeply to your own dear self, to the world, to your animal friends, to your children, partners, neighbors and to those you do not know at all. Listen to the still guidance that can lead you away from fear and into love and understanding. Listen and let's change our lives, finding a way to live in balance with our home, the earth and all the people who share it with us. I hope this Quiet will be our teacher and I hope we listen.
