Summer time is so busy to make any plans. So I drop here what’s going on July. Stay tuned. And come hang out.

Spicy chilled eggplant. Deep fried and soak in dashi and gochujang, sesame oil. So refreshing. Perfect for Summer sake.

Copper river salmon shirako (milt)
Lightly salted and pouched. Served with cucumber and wakame and ponzu with momiji oroshi. Simple and do good with sake.
