We would love to partner with other CDFI's if they are having project capital constraints. We are setup to do participations and like facilitating them to get those community projects off the ground.

Did you know we offer Preservation loans? These types of loans can be used to acquire properties, pay for pre-development activities, and pay for construction/rehabilitation costs. Interest only, these short-term, secured loans are designed to preserve existing affordable housing developments.
