I'm offering a "Tweener Pilates in the Park session early this summer. It's a drop in format between ASUW Experimental College sessions.

Dates: June 11-July 2, 2015
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Cost: $13.00 drop in
Location: Meridian Park (near the Good Shepard Center)

Directions: Park your car on Meridian Ave. N, near N. 5oth Street. Enter the park from Meridian Ave. N and look for me there by 6:15pm. I'll set up the blue mats under the shade of the apple trees & bring magic circles and the bands. Look for me on the West side of the park near Meridian Ave. N. I'll have my cell phone with me if you get lost call (206) 708-9968.

What to Bring: Yoga Mat, sun glasses, wear layered clothing
WEATHER PERMITTING! Class will not be held if it's raining or the grass is wet from rain earlier in the day.

www.seattle.gov Meridian Playground is a quiet neighborhood park. It contains a large grassy area for any open activities, a play area and a gazebo near the shelter.
