I just called the the Business and Financial Services Committee office in Olympia to clarify the standing of Bill 2369. It’s a little confusing but basically this Friday is the Policy cut off date, Monday is the Fiscal cut off date and March 2nd is the Opposite House cut off date. If they dont make these deadlines to move this bill - it will in fact be dead.
