Verve Bowls

🇻🇪 When communities are hurting, every act of kindness matters.

The recent earthquakes in Venezuela have left thousands of people facing unimaginable loss. Families have been displaced, homes have been destroyed, and many are in urgent need of food, clean water, shelter, and medical care.

At Verve Bowls, we wanted to find a way to help.
🚨Starting today July 3rd until the 16th every Verve Bowl purchased, we’ll donate a portion of the proceeds to the IFRC/Venezuelan Red Cross and Bambi International Foundation to support emergency relief and long-term recovery efforts.

Your order helps provide:
❤️ Emergency medical assistance
💧 Clean drinking water
🏠 Safe shelter and relief supplies
🍽️ Meals for children and families
🤝 Hope for those rebuilding their lives

A simple meal can have a meaningful impact. Thank you for helping us stand with the people of Venezuela during this difficult time.

Together, we can make a difference. 💙💛❤️

Hello Everyone,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the closure of Verve Capitol Hill. We are so thankful for the past 10 years together. The community, the memories, and the growth that we shared has been essential to Verve Bowls' identity.

Please know that we are still continuing at our Downtown and Ballard locations. We look forward to seeing you there for a Vervacious on a sunny Seattle day or a Blue Protein after your next workout!

There is a lot we have planned for Verve Bowls this summer and we are excited for all it will bring! See you soon!
