Residents were previously notified that the PODS with personal property would be removed by Monday, February 10th.

Unfortunately, many items were not picked up by that deadline. If you have an item that belongs to you, it needs to be picked up and stored on your personal property immediately. Please note that the utility room is no longer available for common storage of anything other than one bike per unit hung on the hooks.

Any items remaining in the parking lot on Monday morning will be disposed of.
