Our grooms wanted a modern, refined aesthetic that still evoked the warmth and coziness of a Pacific Northwest forest in the fall. is a working Christmas tree farm nestled in the foothills of the Cascades, which made it the perfect choice for this enchanted forest vibe.

We also took inspiration from Nick’s Nordic heritage to elevate the design with clean lines and minimalist styles. A big part of that was adding depth with contrast; our main colors were forest green and burgundy, accented with pops of ballet pink. We paired warm wood tables with black chairs and dishes to add drama. We draped greenery down the center of the tables and above the dance floor to create the feeling of being in the forest.

You’ll have plenty to do on your wedding day that has nothing to do with timelines, vendor load-in, or where the extension cords are hiding.

You’ll be hugging people you haven’t seen in years.
You’ll be laughing through happy tears, taking big breaths between photos.
You’ll be getting married.

What you *won’t* be doing?
Answering a million vendor questions.
Figuring out when to light the votives.
Trying to remember where the cake knife ended up.
Wondering if the DJ has the right song cued up for your first dance.

That’s our job.

We make *really* detailed timelines, confirm every last detail with your vendor team, keep the day moving smoothly, and quietly put out any fires so you can stay fully present.

Here's your job:
• Show up.
• Feel your feelings.
• Love your people.
• Eat friggin' dessert.

If you want a wedding day where you can actually relax and enjoy the party you’ve spent months (or years) planning, it’s time to bring in a professional who’s got your back from“We’re engaged!” to last call.
