White Center is coming along! Drywall is up, taping & mudding is in process, and flooring is starting to go in. And then there will be SO MUCH CLEANING to do.

Our new studio in White Center will be opening with a new name, but Optimal Health will continue on as my online training business. This will focus more specifically on core & pelvic floor function, pregnancy & postpartum, and include The Postpartum Aerialist which will be launching soon!
