Which emoji comes knocking on your door right around 1 day to 2 weeks before your period every month? (And yes, you can pick them all! As many of us do.) I would also love to hear of any other premenstrual symptoms you struggle with. Almost any area of vulnerability we might have can flare-up anytime during the luteal phase of our menstrual cycle (the approximately 2 week window before your period starts) if our hormones are out of balance. For example - body aches, recurrent infections including bacterial vaginosis or even catching colds easily, out of control food cravings and more. What are you struggling with?
