Shifts currently available:
3:00pm-11:00pm
11:00pm-8:00am
7:00pm-7:00am (weekends only)
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
Prior dispatch/office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming phone calls, route phone calls as necessary, take legible messages.
• Release impounded vehicles to the appropriate registered owner.
• Process impounded vehicle documents.
• Release vehicles.
• Handle multiple forms of payment.
Skills:
• Typing is essential for this position
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work any of the following, Day Shift, Swing, Graveyard, Weekends, and Holidays.

Tow Truck Operators

Lincoln & Dick’s Towing are currently looking to fill driver positions in Seattle and SeaTac. These are SCHEDULED shifts, not commission. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. A CDL is a plus but not required.

You must be at least 23 years old, have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, the ability to lift 65 pounds, and able to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions, pass a pre-employment drug screen and a WSP background check. You will have to be professional, have great customer service skills, and be reliable and motivated.
