So thankful for these lovely ladies and long runs around the arboretum!!

Congratulations to Anna! She was one of our star Freedom Runners from the 2017 camp year. At the end of camp she completed her longest run yet: 4miles. But just the other week she and her mom ran her first 10k! Couldn't be more proud and excited as Anna competes and runs in freedom using her newfound "bounding" skills to power over those hills! Great work Anna!!

Day 3: Called to Rest! We we super intentional about resting midweek and after our hills workout. Thanks to Kayla Robertson for leading us in some restorative yoga!
