Alysa specializes in supporting adults healing from trauma, including survivors of childhood sexual abuse, as well as couples seeking deeper connection and reconnection. She is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients and helping individuals heal attachment wounds and the impacts of identity-based oppression.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Alysa brings warmth, curiosity, and humor to her work while helping clients build more meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

Ken’s approach focuses on helping clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their creativity, resilience, and authentic selves.
