Grecia and her family faced years of uncertainty and instability while trying to find stable housing. The newly opened Copperleaf Northgate apartments were the answer for her household. β€œThis community is safe and peaceful. My kids are sleeping better, with more energy for school. Copperleaf Northgate has made a huge difference for all of us.”

Jointly developed and owned by BRIDGE Housing and Community Roots Housing, the seven-story development is designed to unite quality affordable housing with high-capacity transit and expand access to jobs, education, services and resources across the region.

It includes 235 apartments, with 211 homes affordable to households earning up to 60% AMI and 24 homes reserved for residents receiving supportive services.
