Wild blackberry honey from Sunny Honey Company. Raw, unfiltered, sourced from hives North of Seattle, and sold steps from my kitchen.
This is a staple. It goes in dressings, it finishes a roasted vegetable, it sneaks into a sauce when something needs a little lift, like a wild blackberry honey sauce for wild king salmon!

Summer watermelon salad, the Atrium Kitchen way.
Sweet watermelon, grilled peaches, salty feta, crunchy hazelnuts, and a bright lemon balsamic dressing. Simple and seasonal!
**Ingredients:**
π 1 large seedless watermelon, cut into 1 1/2 inch thick rounds
π 2 peaches, grilled and sliced
π₯¬ 1 head frisΓ©e, rinsed and torn into smaller pieces
π§ 1 block fresh feta, crumbled
π° 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
**Dressing:**
π 2 Tbsp lemon olive oil
π€ 2 Tbsp white balsamic
π§ Flake sea salt
π€ Fresh ground pepper
