Summer watermelon salad, the Atrium Kitchen way.

Sweet watermelon, grilled peaches, salty feta, crunchy hazelnuts, and a bright lemon balsamic dressing. Simple and seasonal!

**Ingredients:**

🍉 1 large seedless watermelon, cut into 1 1/2 inch thick rounds
🍑 2 peaches, grilled and sliced
🥬 1 head frisée, rinsed and torn into smaller pieces
🧀 1 block fresh feta, crumbled
🌰 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped

**Dressing:**

🍋 2 Tbsp lemon olive oil
🤍 2 Tbsp white balsamic
🧂 Flake sea salt
🖤 Fresh ground pepper
