Wild blackberry honey from Sunny Honey Company. Raw, unfiltered, sourced from hives North of Seattle, and sold steps from my kitchen.

This is a staple. It goes in dressings, it finishes a roasted vegetable, it sneaks into a sauce when something needs a little lift, like a wild blackberry honey sauce for wild king salmon!

Sweet watermelon, grilled peaches, salty feta, crunchy hazelnuts, and a bright lemon balsamic dressing. Simple and seasonal!

**Ingredients:**

πŸ‰ 1 large seedless watermelon, cut into 1 1/2 inch thick rounds
πŸ‘ 2 peaches, grilled and sliced
πŸ₯¬ 1 head frisΓ©e, rinsed and torn into smaller pieces
πŸ§€ 1 block fresh feta, crumbled
🌰 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped

**Dressing:**

πŸ‹ 2 Tbsp lemon olive oil
🀍 2 Tbsp white balsamic
πŸ§‚ Flake sea salt
πŸ–€ Fresh ground pepper
