Aligned and Balanced Rowing

Busy weekend in Philadelphia.

On Friday, I worked with HP Athletes at PennAC. I evaluated each athlete, on and off the erg, on key mobility, flexibility, and strength areas to see how these factors may be affecting their posture and efficiency in their stroke.

The team will be given a general core and correctives program that will be coordinated and integrated with their strength program written by . And each athlete will be given some individual work, if needed.

The goals are always 2-fold: improving performance and injury prevention. Little tweaks here and there can make a big difference in both areas.

So proud of these men! Such hardworking and incredible athletes. Always striving to do better! They left it all out on the course today, winning the 4+, 3V, and Ten Eyck Trophy! GO DAWGS! 💜💛💜💛
