Join 11Residential and play a hands-on role in keeping our communities running smoothly! You’ll handle service requests, complete unit turnovers, troubleshoot plumbing/electrical/HVAC/appliances, maintain common areas, and support emergency/on-call needs at our Renton properties (92 units total).

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in maintenance, construction, or related work (multi-family a plus)

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication & teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, walk/stand, climb stairs

• Valid driver’s license (mileage stipend provided)

This position supports Wildflower and Pine Tree Park Apartments in Kennewick, WA, with a combined 150 units. You’ll complete service requests, prepare units for move-in, troubleshoot repairs, maintain curb appeal, and provide on-call support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
• 1+ years of maintenance, construction, or related experience (multi-family preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills + strong communication
• Must meet physical requirements (lifting, walking, standing, stairs)
• Onsite role only (not remote)
• Valid driver’s license (mileage stipend for traveling positions)
