Happy Pride Month from the Seattle Dragon Boat Festival! 🌈🐉

Dragon boating is all about teamwork, community, and people coming together toward a shared goal, and we’re excited to celebrate those values both on and off the water this June.

This year, we’re launching our very first Pride Cup Jumble, a fun, collaborative race where paddlers can mix teams, meet new people, and celebrate the spirit of inclusion and community. No pressure, no intense competition, just good vibes, teamwork, and a chance to paddle together! 🚣‍♀️💖

Whether you’re racing, volunteering, cheering from shore, or joining the jumble, we’re grateful to have you as part of our festival family.

We managed to fill TWO boats today in spite of Memorial Day weekend. Had record number of guests. All 10 of them, including a couple competitors from Berkeley at the upcoming Seattle Dragon Boat Festival on June 13! 😉
