Before & After: the Stevens/North Capitol Hill Mudroom Addition! 🏠 What was once an underutilized section of a wraparound porch is now a bright, functional mudroom that looks like it has always been part of this 1908 Craftsman home!

With custom cabinetry, a durable tiled floor, and a new window to bring in natural light, we gave this historic Stevens neighborhood home a proper landing zone for coats, shoes, and all of Seattle's rainy day gear. Swipe to see the transformation!

Giving back is in our DNA. 🏡 Recently, CRD owner Teri volunteered alongside fellow leaders in the local remodeling and home building industry to build picnic tables and beautify park spaces for the Housing Hope community in Everett, an initiative organized by Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.

For nearly five decades, CRD has been an active member of Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and a dedicated volunteer for dozens of service projects across the greater Seattle area. Because a strong community is built the same way a great home is—one project at a time.
