Glasshouse Theatre in Brisbane by Blight Rayner Architecture and Snøhetta.

Its undulating glass façade was inspired by ripples on the Brisbane River, turning the foyer into a kind of public theatre where people inside appear clear and blurred from the street. The 1,500-seat venue expands QPAC with a new stage for opera, ballet, theatre, symphony, and musicals.

Michigan Central Station closed in 1988 and sat empty for three decades before Ford began a six-year restoration. More than 3,000 skilled workers helped bring back its marble floors, vaulted ceilings, and Beaux-Arts grandeur — turning one of Detroit’s most famous ruins into a symbol of renewal.
