The ways in which Rolfers achieve these goals have changed.

A wide variety of techniques and modalities are now used to achieve the goals of Rolfing with profound results.

Hello everyone.

This month’s herbal tea of the month is: California Poppy.

California Poppy is a brilliant orange flower found in southern Washington all the way through Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico.

They are dear friends for various pollinating insects, especially bees.

As a herbal remedy it is considered a “nervine” which means it soothes the nervous system and eases anxiety.

California Poppy can also help you sleep.

It tastes quite earthy and mildly sweet.
